Crunch live: three pastel colored ladies with big instruments
Dear readers, you know I like my bands noisy, in fact I like them to sound like wrathful gods raging and venting millennias’ worth of raw anger on us, but from time to time I can appreciate a little softness as well.
Crunch is three ladies dressed in pastel colored dresses and lambswool vests, the kind you see shopping for scented candles at Mitsukoshi’s, playing dreamy, slightly melancholic rock songs on their big instruments.
I quite like them, keep recommending them to you. They had a new album out this spring, downloadable here. (PB)
